By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or purchase our products.

You must be at least 18 years old and located in the United States to purchase from Volaant. By placing an order, you represent that you meet these requirements and have authority to use the payment method provided.

Volaant products are cosmetics intended to support the appearance and feel of skin. They are not drugs or medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, mitigate, or prevent any disease or medical condition. Product information is for educational purposes only and is not medical advice.

Our formulas may contain high-performance cosmetic actives and should be used thoughtfully. Patch test before first use. Apply a small amount to a discreet area and wait 24–48 hours. Discontinue use if irritation occurs. If you have a skin condition, are pregnant or breastfeeding, use prescription topicals, or have recently had lasers, peels, microneedling, injectables, surgery, or another professional treatment, consult your licensed provider before use.

Individual results vary. We do not guarantee any specific result or timeline. Testimonials, photos, reviews, and before/after content reflect individual experiences only.

Volaant products are produced in limited small-batch drops. Orders placed during a drop are accepted as preorders unless otherwise stated. Please allow up to six (6) weeks for fulfillment and shipment. If production is delayed beyond that window, we will notify you with an updated timeline and available options.

Packaging, labels, bottles, jars, or component details may vary from batch to batch as we refine sourcing and production. Formula quality and consistency remain the priority.

Payment is due at the time of order. All prices are listed in USD and may change without notice. The price shown at checkout applies to your order.

You may cancel a preorder within 48 hours of placing it for a full refund. After 48 hours, the order enters production planning and cannot be cancelled or modified. We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel orders for reasons including suspected fraud, pricing errors, inventory limitations, incomplete information, or shipping address issues. If we cancel your order, we will refund amounts paid.

We currently ship within the 48 contiguous United States only. Shipping methods and costs are shown at checkout. Tracking will be provided once your order ships. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, supply chain disruptions, natural disasters, government action, or other events outside our reasonable control.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within seven (7) days of delivery at hello@rashmijoshi.com with photos of the product and packaging. If verified, we will replace the damaged, defective, or incorrect item at no additional cost.

Due to the nature of skincare, cosmetics, and personal care products, all sales are final after the 48-hour preorder cancellation window. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on products delivered as ordered. The only exceptions are damaged, defective, or incorrect products reported within seven (7) days of delivery, or orders cancelled within the 48-hour preorder cancellation window.

We offer product consultations as a support alternative. Consultations are for general product guidance only and do not replace medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment from a licensed healthcare provider.

During designated preorder or founding periods, eligible bundles may be offered at 20% off. Customers who refer five (5) qualifying new customers may receive a 15% discount or credit toward a future order, subject to verification. Referral rewards are not retroactive, transferable, redeemable for cash, or combinable with other offers unless expressly stated.

Qualifying referrals must be new customers, use the referrer’s unique code or link where applicable, complete a purchase that is not refunded or charged back, and meet any additional program requirements we disclose. We may modify, suspend, or terminate promotions or referral programs at any time, while honoring valid rewards already earned.

If you receive free product, discounted product, affiliate commission, referral rewards, payment, or any other benefit from Volaant, you must clearly and conspicuously disclose that relationship in any post, review, video, story, email, or other content mentioning Volaant or its products. Disclosures should be easy to see and understand, such as “Gifted by Volaant,” “Volaant sent me this product,” “Paid partnership,” or “#ad,” as applicable.

You agree to provide accurate, current information and to keep your account credentials secure. You may not use the website for unlawful purposes, interfere with website operation, scrape or copy content without permission, impersonate others, submit false information, or misuse promotions, referral programs, products, consultations, or services.

All website content, product names, copy, images, graphics, logos, designs, formulas, and other materials are owned by Volaant LLC or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may access the website for personal, non-commercial use only. Unauthorized copying, reproduction, distribution, or commercial use is prohibited.

By submitting reviews, testimonials, photos, comments, or other content to Volaant, you represent that you have the right to submit that content and grant Volaant a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, publish, display, and adapt it for marketing, business, and operational purposes.

Your use of the website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, available at /policies/privacy-policy, and any privacy choices or notices made available on our website.

If you experience an adverse reaction, discontinue use immediately and contact a licensed healthcare provider if needed. You may also contact us at hello@rashmijoshi.com. We maintain adverse event records and may be required to report certain serious adverse events to the U.S. Food and Drug Administration under applicable cosmetic laws and regulations.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the website, products, content, and services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that products will meet every individual expectation or skin response.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Volaant LLC and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages. Our total liability for any claim related to a product purchase shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some limits may not apply to you.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Volaant LLC and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your violation of these Terms, misuse of our products or website, violation of law, or content you submit.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Before initiating formal action, you agree to contact us at hello@rashmijoshi.com and attempt to resolve the dispute informally. If not resolved, disputes shall be handled in the state or federal courts located in Oregon, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

We may update these Terms at any time by posting a revised version with a new “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the website or purchase of products after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
