Selected providers are invited to an intimate evening preview of Volaant before public launch. The exact downtown location will be shared once registration is approved.
We will host a live demonstration of every product, answer clinical and retail questions, and welcome participating guests with curated gifts alongside drinks and tapas.
Participation is limited and reviewed on a rolling basis for practices that align with Volaant’s professional channel standards.

The collection
Participants will receive the full sized Ritual experience.
At less than half the price, each participating practice receives full sized units of the full Volaant skincare line, and three different shades of the Sanika Color Tint in Pink, Coral, and Toasted.
The program fee of $300 is payable at the time of pick up. It includes the complete pilot kit, private launch event access, and invitation post pilot to the Providers Circle. Please note, pilot packaging differs from retail.

June 18Provider Launch Event
Kit pickup, payment via Wise, live demo, Q&A, gifts, drinks, and tapas.
June 22Pilot begins
Participants begin using the collection according to the program guidance.
June 29One-week check-in
Brief survey, optional call, and mid-program documentation.
July 6Pilot concludes
Final survey, final photographs, and adverse-reaction reporting if applicable.
July 6 – July 13Exit interviews
30–45 minute conversation with the Volaant team.

Interested providers should download the external-facing pilot materials below, complete the applicable forms, and email signed copies to hello@volaant.com. These are the materials needed to review and sign if you decide to participate. Enrolled-clinic-only materials, such as survey links, photography guidelines, and welcome kit details, will be shared after approval.
